Mould making for casting and fusing - Sat Sept 5 Cost $210
This workshop is for people with some glass fusing (or casting) experience. We will be investigating several ways to make moulds from found objects. These moulds can then be used to make silica/plaster positives to add texture under fused glass or to make wax positives for casting. We won't be doing any fusing but you will take home some moulds to use in your work and the knowledge to get creative and make more!
Techniques to explore...
- Clay impressions
- Reusable PVC moulds
- Window Silicone
- Two-part Silicone Rubber
